Application of the statistics packet for social sciences in the investigation and in the searching of knowledge (Review)

The object of study of Statistics is the creation of methods that allow to collect, organize, tabulate, present, analyze and control statistical data in order to arrive at scientific conclusions that allow us to make sound decisions to apply them in social, economic practice , in the production of goods and services, in particular in the validation of social investigations. For this, it is necessary to apply IT through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) as a tool for knowledge management of descriptive and inferential statistics with reliable and scientifically proven results, providing a competent graduate committed to the Revolution that transforms the social environment where it is inserted once graduated. The main objective of this research is to support the hypothesis that the foundation of the second village of Cuba, San Salvador, occurred in an area near the bank of the Yara River, in the archaeological site that today is called Palmas Altas, six kilometers away. from the city of Manzanillo, riparian to the Gulf of Guacanayabo, for which it is taken into account to make Hypothesis Test through the use of the statistical package T-students for two paired samples, in the non-parametric version; what constitutes the main availability for the scientific verification of the object of study applying the following as a working hypothesis: The second village of Cuba: San Salvador, was founded in the today archaeological site of Palmas Altas and favor the ability to calculate the Descriptive Statistics.
