This article addresses the legal environment that governs the commercialization of agricultural products, based on the Guidelines of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution for the period 2016-2021 (151, 154, 155, 156), related to that process. It can be pointed out that the most profound and important transformations have begun in an economically decisive and strategic sector for the Cuban economy: the Agricultural Sector. It plays a fundamental role in the improvement of the economic management model of Cuba. Hence, the present investigation has as its objective: to study the legal environment that governs the commercialization of agricultural products. The main challenge of commercialization is to adjust agricultural production to social demand. This is reflected through the lack of necessary products for food and its high price in agricultural markets.
