The Science-Technology-Innovation approach consists of a new social and humanist, non-neutral and multidisciplinary look at science, technology and innovation. Transparency in the disclosure of data refers to the cleanliness in the publication of the testimonies of the investigation. When reviewing the investigations of a sample of 35 health professionals, little reliability was observed in the data, conflicting results-testimonies that support it, recurrent omission of valuable files with a hierarchy of trivial ones, in logical and methodological inconsistency with the investigation. In view of the above, the objective is to apply a policy of preparatory investigative actions with logical and methodological procedures for transparency in the disclosure of data. From the indications of referees and journal editors, according to a study developed by researchers from the Guantanamo and Granma Medical Sciences universities between 2020-2021, the theoretical systematization on transparency was carried out, background, regularities and the foundation of the proposal focused on research training focused on how to strengthen the Science-Technology-Innovation approach for the transparent management of research and its data, training in data management and its reliable disclosure. In the sample, 38% reached Very Adequate, 32% was Quite Adequate, 24% Adequate and 6% Little Adequate, evaluating the effectiveness in the investigative preparatory actions, sustaining judgment of satisfactory fulfillment of the objective of the investigation.
