Physiological indicators to evaluate in the laboratory the functional performance in male juvenile judokas of Granma (Original)
Keywords:
judo; test of effort; functional capacityAbstract
To evaluate the effects of planned training on the organism and perform a optimal functional diagnosis of each athlete It is necessary to plan and perform adequate laboratory and field tests, as well as the periodic analysis of its results, which become a useful tool for dosing training loads
A descriptive, longitudinal and prospective study was performed with the application of a pretest and posttest to in a group of athletes, consisting of a test of effort in the treadmill, carried out in two moments of the Macrocycle of training, beginning and end of the general physical preparation.
Male athletes of judo of the sports school in Granma were studied, the research allowed to evaluate the functional capacity of these athletes through the determination of physiological variables, in the laboratory condition; essential information for effective planning of the training of these athletes with Vista to his participation in the national games.
To do this, the theoretical level methods are applied: historical-logical, analytic-synthetic, inductive-deductive, hypothetical-deductive, and empirical: interview, structured observation, exercise and criteria of specialists, the statistical level of frequencies absolute and relative. Finally, an adequate, functional and efficient evaluation has been carried out and an efficient medical control obtaining better results in juvenile athletes of Judo of the sports school in Granma
