Abstract

It proposes being built a didactic model of dynamics of the teaching-learning process of the Laboral Practice and its dynamics in the Civil Construction specialty from a holistic focus configuracional. The model expresses a system of relations across for the method of the formation in the professional productive action, where its specify configurations, dimensions and attributes expedited with the proposal of a system of didactic procedures. The labor practice like mode of practical teaching conceives that you possess characteristics and objectives own that tell it apart of the rest of the modes that they develop in the labor context, aspect of necessary consideration in the process of initial formation of medium a technician's student. In consequence, the didactic model offers an explanation of the dynamics of the process of teaching learning of The Labor practice that makes possible to the professors, specialist instructional and tutors making perfect the technical professional integral development of the students of Civil Construction.
