The present research work is part of the main project to opt for the degree of Master in education, the research is framed within the qualitative paradigm with a case study design, being 5 key informants of which the following selection criteria were taken into account: 3 men, 2 women, aged 20 to 22 years, lack of interest and lack of motivation to study, critical risk of performance in the early warning platform of the physical education program. The main objective of this study is to design a learning sequence, based on the epistemological foundations of neuro-didactics, for the development of educational competencies, it will address issues related to the design of the didactic sequence and its structure, the different stages that are part of it. The method used for the elaboration of the learning sequence consisted of taking the sequence established by Feo (2010) who stipulates in it different moments such as: starting moment, development moment, closing moment and evaluation moment; subsequently, the 12 principles of natural learning of Renat and Geoffrey Caine (2004) were linked to each of these moments, with adaptations made by Molina, Parra and Casanova (2017) which have contributions of neurodidactics to apply it to students in education at the University of Pamplona, concluding with the satisfaction of the sequence by the key informants who ranked it as excellent for the methodology used.
