Abstract

This scientific article focuses on the attention to communication and language in autism spectrum disorder to enhance the initial training of students in the Special Education career, whose main objective is to design a website as a tool to address the stimulation of communication and language in students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) within the regular school context. The study critically analyzes the historical background of the treatment of communication and language in people with ASD, systematizing current theoretical references and contextualizing the problem from an updated diagnosis. This approach made it possible to support the logic behind the activities proposed in the website. Theoretical, empirical, statistical and mathematical analysis methods were used to evaluate and quantify the results obtained. The proposal was submitted to the assessment of specialists, who concluded that the website can contribute significantly to the students' education, promoting innovative strategies for the stimulation of communication and language in students with ASD, integrating artistic and cultural aspects. This initiative represents a valuable contribution to the field of inclusive education, providing practical and accessible resources to improve the care of people with ASD in regular educational contexts.
