The research project, whose result served as the basis for the writing of this scientific article, aimed to determine the educational factors that impede access to contraceptive methods in adolescents who attend the IESS Hospital Babahoyo-2015. In order to fulfill this purpose, we used theoretical and empirical methods of scientific research, as well as mathematical and statistical methods. Sexual activity represents a very important component of the social life of the human being, by providing satisfaction, as well as being the basis of procreation, however, not using contraceptive methods, can cause unplanned pregnancies, which in high percentages Condition negative impacts on the life of the human being and fundamentally of the adolescents. For the development of the research carried out, the population was selected as the total of the pregnant adolescents who attended the medical consultations in the IESS. In total, 91 patients were studied, with a age range of 12 to 19 years, the theoretical validation of the product Five scientists, who agreed to endorse the feasibility and importance of the results derived from the scientific activity deployed. In the research, results were obtained that, if taken into account by the relevant authorities, as well as parents and other relatives, can significantly modify the way of thinking and acting of those adolescents who seek in the early ages in sex, a perhaps unfortunate means of Fun with unexpected reaches for their lives in a general sense.
