Abstract

l at the present time keeping in mind the deep contradictions as for the forms and their methodology. The reality demonstrates that established models don't exist with a scientific focus that you/they contribute to solve the problems in the sport of the base link, for that that, you continues responding to an empiric focus. It is presented as objective to elaborate an instrument with specific indicators that it allows to perfect the selection process and pursuit. A representative sample was used assisting to the quantity of athletes of existent immediate perspectives in the 14 municipalities of the county Havana. Different investigation methods were used like of theoretical and empiric level (inductive - deductive, guide of structured observation keeping in mind the established indicators and for the summary of the information the descriptive statistical prosecution. When analyzing the results of the obtained information you reaches the conclusion that the instrument and elaborated more specific indicators can contribute to a selection that he/she responds to the current demands of this sport.
