Abstract
The objective of the research is aimed at identifying the main actors that manage the internationalization of the University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences (UPCSS), to contribute to the improvement of the processes associated with the management of academic services, specifically those that can be organized to teach in other regions of the country world. All this, based on the endorsement and prestige of this higher education center, where Cuban sports champions and coaches are trained. Currently there is a need to socialize and motivate teachers and authorities to increase the quality of substantive and support processes; one of the elements to give sustainability to university excellence and promote its insertion in the new global academic context. The research methods used in the study were based on a qualitative-exploratory approach, through the analysis of documents, analysis and synthesis, and induction-deduction, as well as the use of historical logic, surveys, and interviews to study the object in its entirety, behavior as a system, its composition and its structure, based on a documentary search of some published experiences on Marketing Information Systems and those associated with the strategic direction of educational marketing. The social impact of this research focuses on the responsibility that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have in the comprehensive training of the people who constitute it, always seeking progress and continuous improvement of all its processes and in this particular case those associated with institutional administrative management.
