Abstract

The research presents a set of activities for the implementation of problem methods in the teaching-learning process of Greco-Roman wrestling, the activities are composed of the didactic components of this process: title, objectives, actions, participants, means, evaluation, responsible and conclusions. Different methods and techniques are used, among which the following stand out: Analytical-Synthetic, Inductive-Deductive, in addition to observation, interview, survey, and the empirical distribution of frequencies. Three populations are worked, one referring to three directors, four wrestling teachers from the Sports Initiation School of Villa Clara province and eight fighting specialists from Villa Clara province who work in high performance. The activities implemented were evaluated on the basis of the criteria of specialists, who positively refer to the importance, relevance and feasibility of the proposed activities.
