Chess and animals: The knight

Abstract

In this work shows a study about horse and its value as chess piece. For this purpose, many literatures have been consulted and analyzed, and main elements about historical and mystical values, such as strategical value as piece was resume. Regard this, shows its presence from chess origin and curiosities about knight’s movement and new pieces created join it with the other.
