Perfíl of the competition methodological of the professor of volleyball in the link of base (Review)

Abstract

The work addresses the problem of the development of the methodological competence of the volleyball teacher who works in the base link in the basic training stage with the 11-12 years category, due to the existence of difficulties in the training process of this sport that makes an adequate instruction, development and education of the athletes who are starting in this sport impossible, so it is considered necessary to update the profile of the methodological competence of the volleyball teacher who works in the base link with the category 11-12 years as a starting point to organize more specific forms of improvement that allow the successful development of this competence. The research was carried out with 20 volleyball teachers from the municipality of Holguín, which constitutes the population. The bibliographic reviews made it possible to model said profile, based on three fundamental phases: determination of the main methodological requirements of the professional activity of these teachers in the basic training stage. Updating of the methodological competence and the qualities that reveal their level of development. Theoretical assessment of this competence profile, concluding that updating the profile of the methodological competence of the volleyball teacher in the category 11-12 years of the Holguín province, constitutes the reference for the determination of the main educational needs.
