The protection of the rights of industrial property in the business area. Protect or not protect? (Review)

Abstract

The Intellectual Property can be an important source of incomes in the enterprises, such us, inventions, utility models, trademarks, know – how and industrial designs. The protection systems of them have different advantages and disadvantages, which must be considered at the moment of their choice in relation to the economic possibilities of the organization. This study is about the protection ways and their signification to the enterprise.
