Relations interpersonal component essential in the climate socio-psychological in the sport of rhythmic gymnastics: A necessary review

Abstract

En sport today experience major changes in competitive systems, sports rules, teaching methodologies and the training process of the sportsmen, which are made palpable in the team sports, to define as a basic criterion, activity interconnected between the members of the teams, where the actions of one depends on the activity of the other and required everyone to contribute their experiences knowledge, views, motivations, and efforts in the achievement of the goals, to constitute necessary condition, education of players cooperated activity. Interpersonal relationships constitute a process of informational and affective interaction between individuals, which takes place through direct contacts. The formation of relationships founded a socio-psychological climate among its members from the physical activity aspect this insufficient theoretically and practically. The article corresponds to the search for the development of this master of the author's thesis research in the municipality of las tunas. Its objective to review of the literature on the formation of interpersonal relations as one of the factors conflictless that allow a proper dynamics and efficiency of the athletes in rhythmic gymnastics group to that effect. An important bibliographic search was carried out. In selected studies is a subject little explored and therefore underdeveloped within the psychology of the sport (PD) need to find new models, concepts, techniques of intervention and deepening its relationship with performance is one of their current challenges.
