Abstract

Today in day is impossible to do without of the technologies of the information and the communication, they are present in the whole chore of the society, the teaching processes and learning they are not the exception, they have favored the introduction of new methods and procedures, in spite of these kindness an inadequate employment can propitiate the loss of ethical values. This article has as purpose an approach to the advantages and risks of the use of these technologies in the educational systems and the responsibility of the educational institutions in the formation and development of ethical values in the students to counteract the potential dangers of its incorrect employment.
