Abstract

The objective of this paper is to show the strategic planning of the combat sport research group based on the model of organization of the process of science and technological innovation, starting from the strategic diagnosis and the dimensions or areas of key results given by the three moments of the process and the systemic nature of the physical culture research group, the preparation of the process, the execution and the introduction of results. With its strategic objective and actions, as significant aspects of the planning, the research group is seen as a space for practice and lifelong learning where scientific confrontation is projected, by socializing partial and final results of projects, master's and doctoral theses and the possibility of maintaining a collective control over scientific work and achieving greater effectiveness in results, in thesamewayappreciatesfromtheprojection a greaterapproach to the inter and transdisciplinarity, theresearchgroupisalsoconceived in its triple role as a formative, investigative and social one, the ICT work is integrated into the work of the group, projecting its interactive platform and its international scope and something peculiar to the functioning of the group It is the development of your research in the context of the introduction of your results.
