The Professional Evaluative-labor Method. A Way to Evaluate the Impact of the Labor Formation. (Original)

The present article responds to one of the current problems facing the training process of education professionals, related to the insufficiencies in the use of pathways that make it possible to evaluate the impact of labor formation in said process, so the objective it consists of developing a method that makes such a purpose viable. The method provided is called professional evaluative-labor. It has fundamental procedures that make it possible to streamline the evaluation of the impact of labor formation on the training of education professionals, both in initial and continuing training, which favors assessing the appropriation and transfer of labor content, as well as the development and expression of the labor qualities of the personality, essential aspects for the solution of professional and pedagogical professional problems that respond to the ways of acting of the education professional. This method is revealed from the theoretical systematization and the integration of different methods that somehow contribute to the evaluation of the training process of education professionals, offering the possibility of evaluating the impact of labor formation in this process, through procedures that are specified in actions that are carried out in the different impact areas that respond to the modes of action of the education professional.
