A set of exercises to develop motor skills in children diagnosed with moderate mental retardation.

Abstract

Human beings have achieved high levels in the services of health, in sports, in the system of social support in Cuba, as well as in the educational system, especially in Special Education, where there are unlimited development possibilities to all the people with special educational needs that can help them be prepared for a mature and independent living. The investigation that generated the present article was carried out with the objective of demonstrating the effectiveness of a set of exercises to develop the motor skills in children diagnosed with moderate mental retardation, which was achieved through applying methods of scientific research in order to help children diagnosed with this dysfunction.
