Communication in students diagnosed with secondary language delay

This research article has as the beginning point an escolar communication diagnostic to suffer from secondary language retarding associated with a cerebral paralysis. In this investigation, different methods were used, such as: from the theorical level: the analytic-synthetic, the inductive-deductive, the historical logical, the systematic-structural and the modelation. Also some others were used from the empiric level such as: the case study, the interview to the family and the teacher, the observation and the approach of the specialists. The system proposes has as objective to contribute the development of the escolar communication diagnostic to suffer from secondary language retarding associate with a cerebral paralysis. It has two subsystems. The first one has as objective to archive mobility of the escolar articulatory system in order to get a correct emission of sounds and the second the propose to archieve communic tive abilities through communicative situations using pictures, real objects, paintings: It was creative to be used by logopedic teachers at school and at home. It should be twice a week depending on the scholar.
