The university student federation against all manifestations of racial discrimination

The University Student Federation has implemented different measures to address the problem of racism and racial inequality in universities. Among them, it has focused on creating safe and welcoming spaces for people of different racial and ethnic groups, promoting education on diversity, inclusion and social justice, raising awareness about racism and racial discrimination through awareness campaigns and events, promoting inclusive policies and eliminate discriminatory policies, encourage community participation in decision-making and work collaboratively with different groups and organizations. These measures allow students to learn about the different cultures and perspectives that exist in the world, contribute to building a more just and inclusive society, and ensure that their needs and perspectives are being taken into account. By implementing these measures, the University Student Federation can help create a more inclusive and fair environment for all people, regardless of race or ethnicity. The objective of this paper is to analyze the work of the University Student Federation against racism and all manifestations of racial discrimination. The study was systematized through theoretical methods, the Documentary Analysis and Analysis-Synthesis methods were used. The main result was obtained by promoting education on diversity, inclusion and social justice in universities and promoting inclusive policies and eliminating discriminatory policies in universities.
