Chemical analysis in Bayamo dietary based

The present work refers to the practical application of chemical analysis in the Bayamo dietetic business unit. For this purpose, a study is carried out from the theoretical and practical point of view, related to the methods of chemical analysis. It is the result of the educational teaching process in the career, it is an extracurricular work of the subject quantitative chemical analysis and it is part of the report of the visit developed to an institution of the Cuban state in which chemical methods of analysis are applied. It is based on the resolution of a practical class guide and the application of research methods such as observation, document analysis and experimental procedures, synthesis, generalization and abstraction.
