The use of chemical analysis in the “manzanillera” industry (Original)

This article refers to the practical application of chemical analysis in the canned and vegetable industry of the city of Manzanillo in the province of Granma. It refers to different analytical methods through which the food produced in said institution must go through for its release to the market and subsequent consumption by the population. To compose the article, a theoretical and practical study is carried out, related to the chemical analysis methods that are applied in these types of State institutions. The present is the result of the educational teaching process in the degree, it constitutes extracurricular work of the Quantitative Chemical Analysis subject and is part of the report of the visit carried out at a Cuban State institution in which chemical methods of analysis are applied.
