Pioneer Explorers Movement, a path for the comprehensive preparation of pioneers (Original)

Abstract

The research is derived from the Course Work, it will be applied in the Clodomira Acosta Ferrales elementary school, of the Manzanillo municipality, through pedagogical practice it has been proven that activities are not always planned and developed according to the potentialities and needs of the pioneers. It is up to the Pioneer Explorer Movement to fulfill this role of preparing the new generations for practical life. That is why this article suggests activities that could be developed to achieve this purpose. Theoretical and empirical scientific methods were used. With the implementation of the activities, the physical and intellectual preparation of the pioneer explorers is achieved.
