Abstract

Encouraging the development of reading comprehension skills, through the use of the Martiano I Notebook, is a necessity for boys and girls in the third grade of Primary Education, since it was found in the applied instruments that they do not perform a correct interpretation of the text and the opinions and judgments they make are poor. To carry them out, tasks are determined in which the teaching-learning process of reading comprehension is characterized through the use of the works of the Martiano I Notebook; the current state of the level reached by third grade boys and girls in reading comprehension with study of the works of the Martiano I Notebook and the development of the set of teaching activities to strengthen reading comprehension skills with the use of the Martiano I Notebook.
