System of activities for the formation of knowledge, habits and abilities related with the biodiversity in the students of ninth degree of Madruga municipality

Abstract

The treatment of the topic of the biodiversity, its protection and conservation in Cuba, it´s understood among the objectives of the plan of studies in the Cuban basic secondary, with the result that its treatment from the different disciplines and subjects is very important, inside these, especially the Geography offers wide possibilities. It is for it that this investigation work has as objective to propose a system of activities for the formation of knowledge, habits and abilities related with the protection and conservation of the biodiversity from the geographical learning in the students of ninth degree of the ESBU “Latin America” belonging to the municipality of Mayabeque. To fulfill the previously the referred system of activities was designed when keeping in mind the logic of the geographical contents in the ninth degree, when keeping in mind the general objectives of the level and of the subject vat Geography in its relationship with the topic of the biodiversity. This system of activities is characterized, among other questions, to suggest diverse sources of obtaining of the knowledge, to go from the general thing to the particular thing until arriving to the space of the town where they live the student, to be able to be carried out in different organization forms and moment of the educational process.
