The FEU brigade space of the preparation for the “Life” Task

Abstract

Universities have to become educational setting and models of action towards sustainability, since the environmental crisis that affects the world demands to be addressed from all sides of society, so it is essential to properly train education professionals to contribute to the development of values that allow the conservation of the environment. The FEU, as an organization of university students, plays a leading role in the training of future professionals that the country demands; the brigade is a space to achieve the preparation of the education professionals in education environmental. This research is carried out in order to fulfill the Life Task, from the work carried out by psychopedagogues in the Cuban school. It is proposed to develop orientation workshops that, from FEU brigade, prepare the student of Pedagogy-Psychology for the implementation of the Life Task during work practice. From the use of different methods of theoretical and empirical level, the theoretical and methodological foundation related to the object of the research have been revealed, as well as the main shortcomings in the implementation of the Life Task, which allowed the design and foundation of a proposal relevant.
