Role of pedagogical team in the formation of values of the students of pedagogical profile careers at the University of Granma

Abstract

The present research is related to the role to be developed by the pedagogical team in Cuban educational institutions, mainly in Cuban universities at the present time for the achievement of the formation of values ​​of students of careers with a pedagogical profile; it aims to explain the importance that the same it is in the training of the new generations of educators in charge of contributing with their modes of action to the fulfillment of the end of Cuban education. It´s relevance is determined by achieving its consolidation under the educational influence of graduates, the role of the school and the community tempered to the current circumstances where scientific-technical advances and cybernetics have occupied a transcendental space in the motives and interests of the young people and their lethal consequences that directly influence the deterioration of values to be transmitted in the future to their students.
