Abstract

 The family and the school have between their fundamental characteristics to be open to reciprocal causations and to cooperate among themselves. Teachers are the professionals that have the best possibilities to stimulate these relations between the home and the school, for his preparation, for the tasks that you must assume at the institution and for his prestige in the community. The family education is an unpostponable request in the society Cuban, socialized is effect of the social policy that you claim of the family, in special of the parents, a bigger contribution in the address and his children's formation in the process. This signifies, considering the strengthening of the educational work through parent’s schools. The educational work at the educational institution, the activity addressed to is to achieve the formation of citizen’s new generations, capable to face the challenges that life will present him. What you aim at this work for: Proposing school to the teachers, schools' examples of methodologies of parents to strengthen the link family. We utilized theoretic methods and empiricists fundamentally for the realization of this investigation. The realized proposal has great importance because Padre’s Schools enable the family's educational orientation and on the other hand the propitious understanding of this the motivation to learn, achieving an approach to his auto-education.
