Stress, the secure cause of work disease

Abstract

The current demands that are made to the teacher based on the functions he must fulfill and the complex educational reality in which he works influence the emotional stability of this professional. The objective of the work is: to propose a program of group orientation that promotes mental health in teachers attending to the causes that condition work stress in the schools of Manzanillo. Theoretical methods were used among them analytical -synthetic, inductive - deductive, and empirical methods: observation and interview, in addition to the modeling for the design of the program. Stress is the second cause of occupational disease in teachers, a topic that should be treated appropriately.
