Social need of the execution of a strategy of juridical preparation to administrative leaders and workers that they regulate work at one's own risk the Ox Arrives at the municipality

Abstract

The investigation contains an analysis of principal correlated insufficiencies the inadequate application of the right for part of the administrative leaders and workers of labor ordered not too bad not too good entities work at one's own risk at the municipality Ox Arriba, province Granma; As well as a proposal of how the University can contribute to the juridical preparation of the same at the entities in point. The investigation had like purpose: Designing a strategy of juridical preparation to the administrative leaders and workers that accomplish this work, for the sake of decreasing the manifestations of the incorrect application of the normative dispositions with it and decrease reclamations, complaints between nonconformities related with this form of step not state-owned. They utilized like principal methods the following in the investigating process: Historic logician, analytical – synthetic, induction deduction, documentary analysis, observation, opinion poll and the statistician – descriptive. The results obtained with investigation suggested changes in the modes of acting of the administrative leaders and referential workers, relating to the application of the right, showing satisfaction with the acquired knowledge and in a general way the pertinence of the proposed strategy.
