The environmental issues inthe People´s Council of Yara, a way to solve environmental law (Review)

Abstract

The present work is the result of research on the subject related to the protection of the environment, environmental responsibility, and with it, environmental problems, starting from ignorance of environmental policies and little incentive for the solution of environmental problems by members of the community. From this problem, it is proposed as objective critically assess compliance with environmental regulations from the actions of the actors responsible for local development gestate in the People´s Council of Yara. For the conformation of the article several research works on the subject were used, which has allowed to reach the conclusions in this report, in order to demonstrate the need to review application of the current environmental legislation on citizen responsibility.
