University-MICONS Project of the Documentary and Archive Management System with a heritage and sustainability approach (Review)

Abstract

This study is an approach to the techniques for the preservation and visualization of documents from the project management in the Province of Cienfuegos, Cuba. The results achieved in the first stage of the University-Ministry of Construction (MICONS) project for the strengthening of the Document and Archives Management System (SGDA) with a patrimonial and sustainability approach are presented. The completion of the project not only meets the company's objectives and work priorities. It favors order, legality and internal control and gives visibility and weight to the documentary heritage in a way that contributes to the development of science, technology and innovation in the MICONS business sector.
