Evaluation of two varieties of rice (oryza sativa l.) during the process of draying in the dry Emilio Lastre

The investigation was developed in the Unit “Emilio Lastre” pertaining to the grains Agricultural Enterprise “Fernando Echenique”, located in the locality of “Cayo Redondo” Yara municipality, Granma province. The used method was analytical research for the evaluation of indexes to quality and energy in the husk rice process variety LP-7 (T1) and Selection 1 (T2). The treatment two integrally obtained the best results with a behavior of the final humidity of 12,1 %,a economy the fuel consumption and electricity of 366,8 L t-1 y 517,02 kWt-1respectively, put up with the more rational with economy of 571,4 CUP, guaranteed the industrial efficiency.
