Sequential management for the overcoming of route cycling coaches in environmental education (Original)

Abstract

The research was carried out at the EIDE Pedro Batista de Granma with the participation of all the coaches cycling sport and responds to the need to deepen and improve their professional improvement in environmental education. It provides a sequential ordering of actions, conformed in phases and periods for teacher overcoming, in which the relevant methodological procedures are given, these form part of the practical contribution of research with a structured manual with an adequate organizational logic. The results obtained are of vital importance, during the improvement and updating of the environmental knowledge of the sample investigated.
