Physical-recreational activities, alternative social inclusion for the elderly (Original)

Abstract

The present work is due to the need to implement a plan of physical-recreational activities for the elderly of the circle of grandparents "The fish park", People's Council Palatino. Municipality: Cerro, which motivates greater inclusion and participation of these in the practice of recreational physical activities, taking as sample 65 older adults with different chronic noncommunicable diseases, to which a survey was applied to know the tastes and preferences of the subjects for the application of the plan and the final results to verify the level of satisfaction and acceptance or not of it.
