Abstract

University innovation projects in sport are the main source of impacts of science and technology. The specialized literature offers a diversity of methods for its evaluation, which are classified by quantitative and qualitative criteria. Despite these contributions, inadequacies in the overlap or combination of these methods have been observed in the context of university sports, which limits the assessment of the impact. From these referents is defined as a general objective of this research, design a procedure from the articulation or combination of quantitative and qualitative variables that favor the assessment of the impact of innovation projects in the context of university sports. For the materialization of the objective methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical level were used, which facilitated the elaboration of the procedure.
