Abstract

The article shown is based on the experiences of the authors, it shows various points of convergence between two disciplines that individually addressed need a limitless delivery of the entities that practice it, they are Dance and Rhythmic Gymnastics. Although an analysis is done in which it is exemplified with other sports, it is this last discipline that most resembles art, because of the complexity of execution and because of its elements of classical ballet that permeate Gymnastics, elegance and the grace of which they must show off in the tapestry during their execution, whether hands-free or with the use of implements.
