Considering the serious health risks to pregnant teenage students are subject to participate in Physical Education classes, as well as their poor framing that results in exclusion. The article intends to share with the scientific community some theoretical considerations for the practice of physical activities adapted to the Angolan context and that contribute their inclusion and for the theoretical and methodological development in the teachers. For many years, it has been considered worldwide as an indispensable tool to take into account before, during and after the medical and physical treatments to these women, as is the example of Cuba. Although this reality is a result of the advance of science, in Angola particularly in the municipality of Caconda, Lubango is not so, because pregnant women are assaulted by fear of almost no physical and prophylactic assistance, where the growing number of pregnant teenagers, sees their life in rich, as well as that of the future baby by the fact of incorporating in the classes of Physical education. As if these were doomed to experience during all births that are generally no less than six, the vicious circuit fear-tenement pain will be thus excluded from class. The considerations are a result of a research developed with adolescent pregnant students in the classes of Physical Education of the 9th Class of the College 1149 "22 de Novembro" Caconda.
