This proposal is based on a cross-sectional descriptive study carried out in December of 2017 and which had as main instruments for the collection of information the interview, the survey and the participant observation. The diagnosis revealed the insufficiencies in the process of physical rehabilitation of the elderly with functional scoliosis and the need for a greater intersectoral relationship (Public Health / Sports) to avoid further damage. In addition to the four proposed exercises, which proved to be ideal for both patients and their therapists, a series of obligatory methodological indications are also systematized to be taken into account for work with this population sector.
