Abstract

The present transformations in terms of increasing the power of the local development in Cuba with emphasis in the changes of the municipal public finances, they served as starting point for the development of present it investigation that aims at designing a procedure for the elaboration that divide into articles with the strategy of development and contribute to the management of the municipal finance and implementation of a financial strategy.
