Psychological and sociological foundations of psychological preparation and these competitions in Badminton athletes

In Badminton athletes, during sporting activity, a series of emotional states occur with cognitive and somatic repercussions and which are decisive when choosing a tactical decision, being more noticeable in competitive moments. The above reaffirms the need to deepen the study of emotions and their importance in the psychological preparation of the athlete, in pursuit of adequate emotional control during sporting activity. However, greater theoretical depth is needed in relation to the psychological and sociological contents that allow us to penetrate the emotional sphere of the athlete from the perspective of emotional competencies. Therefore, it is essential to determine the psychological and sociological foundations of psychological preparation and these competitions in Badminton athletes. At the theoretical level, the following methods were used: historical-logical, analytical - synthetic, inductive - deductive. The categories of zone of proximal development and social development situation were taken into account, which contribute to the formation and development of the emotional competencies of these adolescents. From the sociological point of view, one must focus on the system of social relations that are established in the different sociocultural contexts and stages of comprehensive preparation, as an expression of the characteristics or traits of contemporary society, from the spiritual, material, intellectual and emotional, constituting These are the traits, ways of life, acting, thinking and value system in which this athlete is formed.
