Abstract

The present study delimits in a proposal of exercises with short bar the maximum force in athletes of weightlifting with disability itself for the better Para Powerlifting, with idea to increment the sports results. They utilize the theoretic methods and empiricists in this work, it breaks of the theoretic insufficiencies and you practice in the workouts, for the sake of creating a theory for the better the maximum force in the athletes with motive disability of inferior members. The proposal of exercises with short bar for the increment of the maximum force of the athletes objects of studies like means of the physical preparation, metodológica that will enable the planning guessed in the work of the different kinds of preparation supports the base itself.
