This work was carried out in the Salvador CarreroViera in Cienfuegos.With the objective of developing combined aerobic exercises to improve the functional physical condition of hypertensive older adults, with a duration of 16 weeks and the sample consisted of 20 older adults.During the investigation, theoretical methods such as Analytical-Synthetic, Inductive-Deductive, Historical-Logical, and empirical methods such as Document Analysis, Survey, Interview, Measurement, Observation were used, in addition, the Package was used as a statistical technique.SPSS 22.0 statistic to mathematically assess the results.The combined aerobic exercises had three stages, in the Adaptation stage the state of the cardiorespiratory function of the elderly was determined.In the Stabilization stage, physical exercises were applied as a way to contribute to the development of cardiorespiratory function.In the Maintenance stage, the effectiveness of the exercises was evaluated, evidencing a noticeable improvement in terms of performing physical exercises, providing the elderly with adequate cardiorespiratory functional performance.
