Results of an educational study of the Institutional Project present Evaluation of the methodology for the development of the human capital in the services of health, of Sciences’ Medical University of Guantánamo from 2020. With empiric methods, theoreticians and statistical mathematicians the primary data for the solution was obtained to the scientific problem to the scientific problem how using the focus science technology invention for the development of professorial investigating competition in nursing teachers, like the attribute to solve teaching investigating problems with versatility methodological, what it implies to know, knowing how to do and knowing how to be for the liquid solution of educational needs, with different perspectives. They came under a system referent and theoretic topical foundations, characterizer the regularities and tendencies for his development and the identification of the initial status for the systems design of pedagogic actions in the overcoming of his achievement, whose executions becoming yielded the development of professorial investigating competition in nursing teachers of the sign of the study with proofs, of pertinence and science in his conception and reliable results of his application, likewise with the prexperiment’s results and his users' opinion that are exposed in this work
