Instrument for the evaluation of the theoretical knowledge of volleyball players (Original)
Abstract
The objective of this research is to develop an instrument which allows evaluating in athletes, from the scientific point of view, the theoretical knowledge about those aspects that must be carried out in real game situations. From an instrument validated in soccer, a technical-tactical knowledge questionnaire, an attempt is made to create an instrument which would have a set of actions and procedures which would happen during a match. It was validated by specialist criteria, establishing a quantitative and qualitative evaluative scale that allowed the athletes to be rated. The ranges are established within the tables, the result of the mean value B was taken and the ranges to the other categories, both positive and negative, the Standard deviation is also used to reach conclusions of the validity of the instrument.
