Abstract

The training of the Law student implies their preparation for the delivery of justice in the family setting. Consequently, the legal treatment of family conflicts requires a consensual praxis. For this purpose, the formation of professional competences in the jurist is proposed as an educational approach and with a holistic and integrating character. Its importance and relevance are argued for the achievement of family judicial performance in the face of an interconnected and dynamic reality, guaranteeing beneficial solutions for families in their future projection.
