The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved in September 2015 by the United Nations General Assembly, establishes in its objective 3 Health and well-being, its goal is to reduce premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through their prevention and treatment and promote health. mental health and well-being by a third. This investigative work is based on a topic of vital importance due to its humanistic content. The work with children carriers of Chronic Kidney Disease is not very treated in the field of Physical Culture. The sample coincides with the total population whose composition is 8 patients, the causal factors of the disease being Arterial Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. It is related to the elaboration of therapeutic physical exercises to treat children with chronic renal insufficiency. Theoretical and empirical methods were used to give a scientific character to our research. The problem and the work objective were answered. The therapeutic physical exercises have their work sessions and dosage for their possible application.
