Concepción de ejercicios físicos terapéuticos para la rehabilitación de pacientes hemipléjicos espásticos

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the theoretical aspects to consider in the physical care of spastic hemiplegic patients attending the Lubango Provincial Hospital, Huila. The considerations for its physical treatment respond to the characteristics of the Angolan population, its context and the result of the physical diagnosis based on research methods that facilitated the results obtained. A theoretical conception and a rehabilitation structure is provided that provides Angolan specialists and teachers in charge of attending this type of population with a starting point to use exercise and massages in the recovery of mobility and functional capacity of this type of patients under the Fundamentals of Prophylactic and Therapeutic Physical Culture.
