Abstract

The objective of this research has been to run the FIFA 11+ KIDS warm-up program in the students of the Rakiduam School in the city of Coquimbo, in the 5th grade A and 5th grade B, for the prevention of injuries to stabilizing muscles ankle during the months of october and november 2018. The results reported by the T-test for independent samples with a level of significance level greater tan 0.05 (p > 0.05), in the GE and GC show that there are no statistically significant differences in the pre-test, which confirms that they are equivalent before of the application of the FIFA 11+ Kids Program. The measurement made after the application of the program reported that there are quantitative and statistically significant differences between the post-test results of both groups when performing the T-test for independent simples with a significance levelofles than 0.05 (p < 0.05). When contrasting the results obtained by the SEBT (Start Excursion balance test) between the pre and post-test, in the experimental group (GE), it was possible to empirically show quantitative differences, in addition, it was observed that the dynamic balance increased as demonstrated by the results at the various levels of the SEBT demonstrating the effectiveness of the FIFA 11+ kids warm-up program.
